THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

You’ll deliver neuro-affirming, evidence-based OT to children and families—mostly in our clinic, with some community work. A typical week includes:

    • Creative, child-led therapy – individual and group sessions that use each child’s strengths and interests to drive meaningful interventions
    • Collaborative assessment and goal-setting – working alongside families, teachers, and other professionals to create goals that actually matter
    • Parent coaching – building family capacity so progress continues well beyond the therapy room
    • Ongoing growth and support – regular supervision, mentoring, and PD tailored to your clinical interests and career direction
    • A caseload that fits you – individualised based on your preferences, clinical interests, and areas you want to develop
