Graduate Growth Program

We know how overwhelming it can be when starting out as a new graduate, which is why we offer our Graduate Growth Program. This is a structured program which focuses on growth for new graduates in 3 key areas: Practitioner, Personal and Practice.

Our Graduate Growth Program offers:

  • Structured weekly professional development and training in key paediatric areas

  • Opportunities to observe and co-work with senior therapists for the first twelve months

  • Following our onboarding workbook with weekly learning tasks

  • Sharing caseloads and clients with senior clinicians

  • Weekly individual supervision

  • Weekly group mentoring

  • Weekly paediatric mentoring with a clinician with 25+ years experience in paediatrics and private practice

  • Development of individual learning goals
