About Jayde
Jayde received her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy Practice from La Trobe University. Her masters degree provided her with experience in multiple fields, including Acute Aged Care, GEM, ABI and Neurodevelopmental Rehabilitation, and Paeds.
Jayde has experience working with children, evident by her employment background as a Swimming Instructor, Junior Basketball Coach, and Basketball Referee.
Jayde was inspired to become an Occupational Therapist after witnessing the rehabilitation journey of a close family member, in addition to her mum having an employment background as a nurse. Jayde has always felt an innate desire to help others, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Jayde loves her dog Banjo, a kelpie lab cross, with all her heart.
Working as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist is Jayde’s absolute dream job, and she pinches herself daily in disbelief that she is lucky enough to be a part of the OAK OT team.
